There is no booking tool on the sites,  You can use email, whatsapp, face Book Messenger or the chat function of each site including this site.  We answer promptly . After confirming availability, to block the unit,  bank details will be sent to you for a 50% deposit.  The booker must be over 21 years of age.

What is the cancellation and refund policy

As we are are a small business, we have a strict cancellation policy.  No refunds will be issued for deposits. However if you wish to cancel, cancellation must take place at least  8 weeks prior to check in date and a voucher for the value of your deposit  will be issued for use at one of our units , Villaeora.com (Villaeora.com)or eorabungalows.com (eorabungalows.com).  Vouchers are also transferable to third parties. The voucher has a validity period of 12 months.

Booker must be over 21 years old. On confirmation of availability ,  bank details will be sent to you for a 50% deposit to block the unit for those dates in the calendar .   A reciept and confirmation email will be  sent when account is credited  . A few weeks before your arrival date we send you arrival information .  2 weeks before your arrival date the remaining balance must be transferred. For last minute bookings (3 weeks before check-in date), the total agreed booking price should be transferred.

3. Paypal via the link  paypal.me/villaeora (paypal.me/villaeora) can be used. If the paypal option is used please use the friends and family option for your transfer, or add an extra 2%  to the transfer price.

Pet Policy

Pets are free and welcome at Villa Eora and Eora Bungalows provided they are leashed in common spaces. Also you need to give us advance warning that you are bringing a pet.  You have to provide your own drinking and eating bowls. You also need to provide their own bedding and throws for the couch and beds .
